  • We are available 7 days a week from 9 AM to 5 PM. You can reach us by phone at 512-255-0646, and all messages are returned promptly. While after-hours calls may sometimes be answered, the fastest way to receive a quote is by emailing events@rentalshc.com or submitting a quote through our website.

  • Yes! Installation is included for tents, lighting, bars, and dance floors. For items like tables and chairs, setup and take-down services are available for an additional fee. Please make arrangements in advance to ensure availability.

  • We currently provide delivery only for event rentals. Delivery fees are based on the distance from our warehouse in New Braunfels, and we strive to keep these fees as fair as possible.

  • All private orders require a 25% deposit to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event. We accept payments via check, cash, and credit cards.

  • We understand that guest counts and event details can change. Minor adjustments to your order are common and can usually be accommodated. To ensure availability, we recommend making changes at least one week before delivery. We’ll do our best to meet your needs!
