3 Steps to Create Your Event Rental Order
We have a wide range of Rental Items that are organized by Category.
Click into each Category to view the variety of options!
Click on the Heart Icon to add the Item to your “Wishlist Cart”.
Your cart can be found on the bottom right hand corner and is a collection of the items you are interested in.
2. Add Items to Wishlist
Adjust the Dates, Times & Quantities for your Event and click Submit.
Within 24 hours our team will have your “Initial Quote” sent to you for your approval.

To get started, Click on Browse Rentals or View Inventory. Then, click the Heart Icon to add your desired products to your Wishlist. Select “Submit” to fill out your Event Details and then send your Wishlist to us. We will send you an itemized quote within 24 hours and someone will be reaching out to you! Thank you!

Yes, our standard delivery fee ranges from $100 to $300, based on your distance from New Braunfels.

To reserve equipment, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. The other 50% is paid 7 days before the event.

It’s easy to book with us! After you send in your wishlist or chat with one of our reps, we’ll email you an itemized quote. If you’re ready to lock it in, just hit ‘Agree,’ sign the rental agreement, and pay your deposit. All through the initial "quote" email. The sooner you get your items booked, the better. All items get reserved as soon as the deposit has been paid.

All Rental Order prices reflect a guaranteed 3 day rental period (including delivery/pickup days). We are generally as flexible as possible with our rental items and as long as they are not out for more than 5 days, there will be no additional charges. For longer term rentals, it is a case by case basis. Please call 512-255-0646 to discuss.
