To get started, Click on Browse Rentals or View Inventory to browse our current Inventory. Then, click “Add to Quote” on each Product to see what an estimated cost of your order would be. Finally, “Complete Quote” when satisfied with your selections and our team will reach out within 24 hours to discuss the details and guide you through the steps for securing your reservation. Remember, your event is only reserved once we receive the signed rental agreement. If you’d prefer a personal touch, give us a call at (512) 255-0646.

Yes, our standard delivery fee ranges from $100 to $200, based on your location within our service area. Please contact us for a personalized quote on delivery costs.

To reserve equipment, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required. The other 75% is paid 7 days before the event.

We recommend placing your order as early as possible to ensure availability, though we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible. To place an order, simply let your sales representative know you’re ready to proceed. They’ll provide a link for you to review and sign the contract and complete the deposit payment online, making the process quick and convenient.
