  • To get started, Click on Build a Quote or Rentals to browse our current Inventory. Then, click “Add to Quote” on each Product to see what an estimated cost of your order would be. Finally, “Complete Quote” when satisfied with your selections and our team will reach out within 24 hours to discuss the details and guide you through the steps for securing your reservation. Remember, your event is only reserved once we receive the signed rental agreement. If you’d prefer a personal touch, give us a call at (512) 949-9077, or schedule an on-site consultation to share your vision with us in person!

  • Yes, our standard delivery fee ranges from $90 to $180, based on your location within our service area. Standard deliveries are scheduled Monday through Friday, between 8 AM and 5 PM. For delivery outside these hours, on weekends, or beyond our usual service area, custom arrangements are available, though additional fees may apply. Please contact us for a personalized quote on delivery costs.

  • To reserve equipment, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required.

  • We recommend placing your order as early as possible to ensure availability, though we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible. To place an order, simply let your sales representative know you’re ready to proceed. They’ll provide a link for you to review and sign the contract and complete the deposit payment online, making the process quick and convenient.
